How much does it cost just to rent the Castle by itself?
Answer: The Tracy Castle only does one wedding or event per day. So the reservation expense covers the entire day allotting your guests 6 Hours to be here at the Tracy Castle. You, your bridal party & Family can arrive anytime you wish and check into your two luxury suites. The Cost for the rental of the Castle Grounds, Elegant Formal Wedding Room & Emerald Reception Hall is $2,000 for a weekday and $2,500 for a Weekend. The minimum items you are required to use for your convenience are the Rental of the Tracy Castle and the Castle Elegant Cuisine. How much is the deposit or down payment?
Answer: The retainer to save your wedding date at the Tracy Castle is $1,500. This reserves the entire castle including the Grounds, Formal Wedding Room and Emerald Reception Hall. The retainer is then applied to the total invoice.

Can I use my own connections or bring in my own Photographer or do I have to use Your “Friends” of the Castle?
Answer: Yes, you can use your own connections and resources! We would be honored to work with them. The Tracy Castle offers all the resources you need for your beautiful wedding day as to alleviate all the stress of planning and arranging appointment after appointment with 5-7 vendors at a time. Instead we have a “Friends of the Castle” meeting where you can accomplish nearly 85% of all the planning up front while having an individual consultation with each one during a 3 to 4 hour time frame all present here at the Tracy Castle. The BONUS is instead of placing 5-7 deposits with 5-7 different vendors, your one-time deposit at the Castle covers everyone… Enjoying the engagement just got better!

Do you have fees for Cake Cutting, bottle corkage, etc? I think its ridiculous but I had to ask…
Answer: No…there is no “nickel and diming” at the Tracy Castle. We do have trained staff to cut your cake for you if you wish and the bar service is incredible. If you are looking to entertain your guests with alcohol throughout the evening we have several options. For a partial bar, which is beer, wine and champagne, the cost is only $1.75 per person. So if you had 100 guests that would only be $175 to run the bar the entire night! Bar service includes the bartender, glassware, variety of mixers, ice, etc. For the other options, please contact your account manager.

I see that you require Wedding Insurance…What is that?
Answer: We do our best to protect our Bride’s and Groom’s and make sure that they purchase an Insurance Binder for their wedding. The Tracy Castle highly recommends Wedsafe.com for this policy. It is a one-time premium paid upfront of $195 and it gives you general, aggregate and liquor liability. If I sign this contract for 150 persons today and only 120 RSVP, do I still have to pay for 150?
Answer: I know… most places make you pay for whatever you signed on the contract. We will pro-rate your invoice to your RSVP guest count 30 Days before your wedding. For example: Let’s say you paid in full for 150 90 days before, which is when the balance of your wedding is due. But when you got your RSVP’s back you only had 120; we would then issue you a credit for the difference. Just another way we try to keep things simple and convenient for you. It does us and you no good to enforce the contract for the number of guests you originally planned on just to have a bunch of food left over and empty chairs and tables at the end of the night.

How Does Payment work, I mean…do I have to make monthly payments?
Answer: Payment is very simple. There is a retainer due upfront of $1,500 and with a signature on the contract you have officially saved your date. After which point we will schedule your Friends of the Castle Meeting and 50% of your Total will be Due at that time. The other 50% isn’t due until 90 Days before your wedding. Then the last final adjustment we will make to your invoice is on a 30 day conference call when we confirm all your selections and add or takeaway from your guest count which will issue a final debit/credit at that time. There are really just 3 simple payments that you need to make along the way.

Is your Account Manager kind of like a Wedding Coordinator or Do I need to get one of those?
Answer: The Tracy Castle offers you a “Single-Point-of-Contact” from start to finish. One person who is one phone call away and can answer anything you need to know about your wedding and who to get a hold of to make changes. This type of built in coordination relieves all parties involved in the planning of stress or fatigue. No more traditional stresses or time wasters such as scheduling appointments and talking to vendors who are located all over the map. Scratch all that and enjoy High Class Quality Service from your Account Manager. If you need to make a payment, schedule a meeting, get ideas, submit information or make changes and requests… your Dedicated Account Manager will be there to assist you with all of it. Your Account Manager will also be there for most of your wedding day to oversee the department managers and vendors for successful coordination. Okay so I love what I am seeing but the Price just seems to good to be true. Why are your prices less than me trying to do this all by myself?
Answer: That is a good Question, one that I would be happy to answer. Just like with any exotic all-inclusive cruise or vacation where you go through one company to partake in a variety of enjoyments.. in the end you have just saved a great deal of money. The Tracy Castle has operated as a Resort for many years and after a few celebrities got married here we opened it up for Wedding/Receptions to meet public demand. After conducting several studies, choosing an all-inclusive package will save you on average over 22% in the end. Not having to pay separate deposits, taxes, fees, travel or fuel charges and getting the BULK discounts from an All-Inclusive venue all contribute to decreasing your bottom line while increasing your enjoyments and options.
