If you already have connections with vendors, remember that when you book at the Castle you are only required to enjoy our Castle and it’s Cuisine as well as the Valet Service, Chairs, Tables and Linens which include complete Setup and Cleanup. Schedule Your Private Tasting ~This is one of our favorite meetings with our Brides and Grooms. Enjoy a wonderful dinner complimentary of the Tracy Castle where you and 5 other Friends or Family members are able to enjoy some of the Castle’s finest cuisine.
The Cuisine Menu that you selected at your Friends of the Castle Meeting will be presented to you and your guests for a private tasting. The Executive Chef is present and will provide a review of the menu you selected prior to the tasting for any adjustments.
During the Tasting, you are able to make changes according to presentation, preparation or ethnic preference. You will find flexibility with the cuisine a wonderful asset in planning your reception and dazzling the taste buds of your guests. During this meeting you can make requests to schedule a follow up tasting to try 1 other menu of your choice if you cannot make up your mind. This follow-up tasting will provide a full course tasting for two.
Remember, this tasting is usually scheduled 3-6 months prior to your wedding date. There are dozens of selections for salads, sides, main courses and entrees, to deserts and wedding cake.
The Pastry Chef will also be giving her presentation for the flavors and fillings you selected at your Friends of the Castle meeting. This way you are able to taste all the cuisine and pastries that the Castle will be preparing for your wonderful day.
Your Dedicated Account Manager will also be present to make any changes to your cuisine invoice and to plan out the schedule and coordination for the reception concentrating on the cuisine service.
